Smith sentenced to Dept of Corrections Friday

Kelvin Smith, pled guilty to Criminal Mischief in the 1st Degree, a class B Felony on Friday in Monroe County Circuit Court. He was sentenced to 30 months in the Arkansas Department of Corrections.
