Several Sentenced to ADOC this week

Edward Flowers was found to have violated the terms of his probation by having been in possession of a firearm. His probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 10 years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections.

 

 

Marvin Sparkman pled guilty to Commercial Burglary, a class C Felony. He was sentenced to  120 months in the Arkansas Department of Corrections. Credit given for time already served and sentence is to run concurrent with any time to be served from Parole revocation.

 

Daniel Callahan pled guilty to Aggravated Assault, a class D Felony. He was sentenced to 60 months in the Arkansas Department of Corrections. Credit given for time already served and sentence is to run concurrent with any time to be served from Parole revocation.

 

Joshua Deweese pled guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance, namely Methamphetamine. He was sentenced to 42 months in the Arkansas Department of Corrections. Credit given for time already served.

 

Cory Eshelman pled guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance, namely Methamphetamine, a class D Felony. He was sentenced to 10 years probation. 2 of those years are to be supervised. He was fined $1,000.00 plus costs of court.

 

Carlo Jo Hood pled guilty to Residential Burglary. She was sentenced to 24  months in the Arkansas Department of Corrections. Credit given for time already served.  

 

Tedrix Davey pled guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance namely Marijuana, a class C Felony. He was sentenced to 24 months in the Arkansas Department of Corrections. Credit given for time already served and time is to run concurrent with any time to be served from Parole revocation.

 

Clarence Wayne Baker pled guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance namely Methamphetamine, a class D Felony.  He was sentenced to 18 months in the Arkansas Department of Corrections.Credit given for time already served and time is to run concurrent with any time to be served from Parole revocation.

 

Quinton D Austin pled guilty to Aggravated Assault, a class D Felony. He was sentenced to 36 months in the Arkansas Department of Corrections. Credit given for time already served. Austin will be out pending notification of bed space at the prison.

 

Damond D Olmetti pled guilty to Robbery, a class B Felony. He was sentenced to 96 months in the Arkansas Department of Corrections. Credit given for time already served. Olmetti released for a period of 2 weeks, then to report back for transport to the prison.

 

Della Lewis pled guilty to Robbery, a class D Felony. She was sentenced to 24 months in the Arkansas Department of Corrections. Lewis will be out pending notification of bed space at the prison.

 

Damonn McKenzie pled guilty to Forgery 2nd Degree. He was sentenced to 6 years unsupervised probation. He was ordered to pay $150.00 fine and costs, and $50.00 restitution.

 

Terrence Washington pled guilty to Failing to Comply with terms of Probation. He was sentenced to an additional 2 years supervised probation.

 

Cable Parks  a jury of 12 found Cable Parks guilty of Assault 2nd Degree, a class B misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail. He was given credit for time served.

Antonio Townsend pled not guilty to Possession of Firearm by Certain Person, a class D Felony. He was sentenced to 6 years probation. One of those years to be supervised. Ordered to pay $500 fine and costs.

Jacquon Harris pled nolo contendre to Battery 2nd Degree. He received a 3 year suspended imposition of sentence and ordered to pay costs of court.

Cornelius Russell pled guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance namely crack cocaine, a class D Felony. He was sentenced to 18 months unsupervised probation and will attend an in-house rehabilitation program sponsored by the Veteran's Administration. He was ordered to pay $500.00 fine and cost of court.
