On Saturday August 19, 2017, Deputy Burrow with the Monroe County Sheriff's Department took a report of a stolen 2008 Ford F450 utility truck from Carroll's Farm on Hwy 238, and a stolen 2008 Honda 420 Rancher from McBride's Fish Farm in Fargo.

The two incidents were initially thought not to be related and both vehicles were quickly entered into ACIC as stolen. On Sunday August 20th, 2017, Deputy Burrow received a call from Lee County Deputy Caraway advising that the truck had been recovered. Later that afternoon, Deputy Burrow received a call from a residence in Fargo stating that a green Honda ATV was parked in the tree line on one of his fields. The ATV was confirmed by Deputy Burrow as being the stolen 2008 Honda Rancher from McBride Fish Farms.

Both vehicles have been returned to the owners.
